Marking Shavuot with Fruity Craft Cocktail Creations
Shavuot marks the first day farmers in ancient Israel could bring Bikkurim (first fruits) to the Temple in Jerusalem.
These two original, delicious cocktails celebrate Bikkurim with ingredients symbolizing these offerings: Wheated bourbon, grape-based Cognac, fig preserves, and honey for sweetness.
For a vegan-friendly option, substitute egg whites with aquafaba or omit them entirely.
