Fantastic news – Cafe K, the new dairy restaurant in downtown Silver Spring, is having its grand opening on July 14 according to their website. While we try to reduce our joy during the Three Weeks, I have to admit I will at least be a little happier to have a new kosher restaurant to eat at! As you can expect, Kosher Food and Drink will be reviewing this establishment as soon as possible.

It is a little disappointing that they won’t be open for dinner or Saturday nights, but I’m certainly eager to try their lunch and breakfast offerings.
